There are two options: manual control using a joystick, or automatic mode, where the robot autonomously cleans the facade. In automatic mode, you just need to load the program specific to that building.
The robot can be either purchased or leased.
No, the facade is programmed into the software, where the system cleans in vertical straight paths. The paths overlap by about 15 cm, ensuring nothing is skipped. The cleaning trajectory can also be precisely reviewed afterward.
The robot cleans the facade in vertical, adjacent tracks. This process is fully automatic. If desired, an alternative route can also be programmed.
Yes, absolutely. You can find various projects on our Projects page. Some of our oldest systems have been operational for over 6 years. We’re also involved in several high-rise projects, with heights over 150 meters. If you're interested, feel free to contact us.
The facade cleaning robot is standardly suitable for recess depths of up to 15-20 cm. By recess depth, we mean the depth of the glass relative to the outermost facade frame. We also provide customized robots for recess depths of up to 45 cm.
The robot is attached to the corners of the facade with only 4 anchor points. These are placed out of sight and are compact. Due to the small footprint the roof can be used for solar panels and/or technical installations.
The facade cleaning robot cleans between 300 and 800 m² per hour, depending on the window indentations and smoothness of the facade.
No, this is not necessary. We adjust the cable lengths to suit the building. In many tall buildings, the facade is terraced, with each "step" being a separate cleaning section. In such cases, additional anchor points may be installed at those positions.
The anchor points are designed so that the cables do not touch the facade. Only during setup and breakdown could the cables come into contact with the facade, typically under minimal tension (e.g., during a gust of wind). Since the tension is low, this won’t cause any damage. The cleaning robot itself does not touch the facade—only the rotating brush makes contact, ensuring safe cleaning.
Yes. The robot cleans the glass, window frames, and aluminum cladding, keeping the facade in optimal condition.
Yes, the robot is programmed to clean only the windows on a brick facade. And when it cleans the brick, it's not a problem either.
Yes, the robot will clean both the natural stone cladding and the glass, resulting in a cleaner facade overall.
Yes, absolutely. We program the robot to also clean the composite material, ensuring a thoroughly clean facade.
No, that’s not a problem.
Ideally, the depth should be less than 15 cm. If it exceeds this, please contact us to discuss the possibilities for your specific project. For instance, we have successfully handled projects with reveal depths of up to 45 cm.
Our robots can clean up to 200 meters in height as standard. For taller buildings, custom solutions are available, allowing for heights of 300 meters or more.
Any width is possible. Very wide surfaces are divided into smaller cleaning sections, ensuring no surface is too wide for the robot.
